Carter Named Chief Business Development Officer at TwelveStone Health Partners

TwelveStone Health Partners, a leader in providing patient support in the post-acute care environment including pharmacy and a wide range of medical supplies and services, has named Dave Carter as chief business development officer.

“I’m delighted Dave has come aboard to drive business development efforts,” says Shane Reeves, president and CEO of TwelveStone. “From military service a lieutenant colonel in the U.S. Army to his leadership roles at large companies and small startups, Dave has a unique skill set that meshes well with our mission to provide post-acute patients with the highest level of service and integrity available.”

Carter will be responsible for business development, establishing strategic partnerships and client relationship management of the medical service and pharmacy company.

Prior to being named chief business development officer, Carter owned venture capital company, CV&M, an investor in healthcare and media companies. In addition to CV&M, he doubled the size of Integrity Solutions & Healthcare, an international sales and leadership consulting firm, in four years. Prior to healthcare, Carter served as a Regional Vice President for both Comcast and AT&T, where he led large sales organizations that experienced industry-leading revenue growth during his tenure. Carter is a retired military veteran with 20 years of service. He is also an adjunct professor of business at Lipscomb University.

About TwelveStone Health Partners

TwelveStone Health Partners incorporates the objective of glorifying God into its mission by delivering a higher level of service to partners and patients. As an organization, TwelveStone supports the transition from acute to post-acute care environments and the transition from sickness to health. This is the third evolution in the company’s history, beginning in 1980 when Richard Reeves and Ronald Powell created a single retail pharmacy location then called Reeves Powell Saveway Drug Store. In 1994 Shane Reeves and Rick Sain launched Reeves-Sain and over 20 years grew the organization to include seven companies. In 2015 Reeves Sain Drug Store, Inc., a retail pharmacy, and its specialty pharmacy, EntrustRx were sold to Fred’s, Inc. In 2016 Shane Reeves launched TwelveStone Health Partners with the objective of continuing to pursue the highest professional, business and community goals set forth by its founders.
