Our Story & Differentiators
The name TwelveStone Health Partners comes from the story of Joshua, who led the Israelites into the Promised Land. After the river was parted for them and they reached the other side, 12 stones (representing the tribes of Israel) were taken from the river and setup as a monument so that future generations would know the power of God.
Our challenges are different today. Many of us are dealing with significant health-related issues. TwelveStone Health Partners stands in the deep part of the river guiding each patient, with God’s power, to make a bold crossing to health, peace and victory.
As a company, we offer 12 great reasons to select us over other options you might have for education and infusion services. These strategic values explain why we are easy to work with and the manner in which we offer a simplified care model.
