Welcoming Public and Local Providers to Celebrate the Opening of a New Infusion Center
Murfreesboro, TN August 6, 2024—TwelveStone Health Partners, a leading provider of comprehensive chronic care medication services, celebrates with the Richmond business and healthcare community at its upcoming ribbon cutting Wednesday, August 7th, starting at 11:15EST. The free event, located at 1501 Maple Avenue B NW, Suite 206, Richmond, Va, 23226, is open to the public and light refreshments will be provided.
The Richmond center, TwelveStone’s 21st location, will join Infusion Centers in Tennessee (Bellevue, Chattanooga, Knoxville, Murfreesboro, Memphis, Mt. Juliet, North Nashville, and Spring Hill), Georgia (Canton, Cumming, Duluth, Lithonia, Peachtree City, and Smyrna), Virginia (Norfolk, Roanoke, Sterling and Stone Springs) and Kentucky (Lexington and Louisville.) These facilities provide a patient-centric process focusing on assisting patients with chronic condition management.
The event will begin with a ribbon cutting ceremony with the Richmond Chamber of Commerce followed by an open house where facility staff will offer tours and describe how their team provides a patient-centric process with a focus on assisting patients with chronic condition management.
