Murfreesboro, TN April 20, 2023—Twelve Stone Health Partners, a leading provider of comprehensive chronic care medication services, announces to the greater Atlanta business and healthcare community the opening of their next infusion center located at 5700 Hillandale Dr Suite 290, Lithonia, GA 30058 Lithonia, Georgia. The center officially opened for operation on April 10, 2023.
This is TwelveStone’s 11th location, joining existing Infusion Centers in Tennessee (North Nashville, Murfreesboro, Mt. Juliet, Bellevue, Knoxville, and Chattanooga) Georgia (Canton and Cummings) and Roanoke, VA. These facilities provide a patient-centric process with a focus on assisting patients with chronic condition management.
